Berklee College of Music seeks a creative educator committed to excellence in teaching, who enjoys working in a campus climate that promotes cultural diversity and multicultural understanding. The Songwriting Department invites applications for a full time faculty member. The Songwriting major is one of the fastest growing at the college and has a complete curriculum ranging from songwriting and lyric writing courses through technology, production and business and career courses. The Songwriting department’s intent is to furnish the student majoring in Songwriting with the techniques both in songwriting and production to be able to compose well-written songs and produce those songs at a competitive professional level.
