The Leader position, National Symphony Orchestra, leads the orchestra and the 1st violin section. The Leader must have excellent solo and orchestral playing abilities and will be responsible for maintaining the highest musical standards, always encouraging the orchestra to strive for excellence.

To succeed in this role you must be a team player, committed to playing a full role in the life of the Orchestra. This is a dynamic work environment and the successful candidate must be able to work calmly and efficiently in these situations, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
