The Director of Talent & Culture will play an integral role in all aspects of talent acquisition, management and development and have responsibility for performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, assessment practices and organizational culture and engagement across POKC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing great talent to the organization, supporting this talent in their ongoing development, and will be a systems, process and program builder that is comfortable in high change environments. Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this position is an exciting opportunity to have real impact on advancing POKC’s trajectory and transformation through its people practices.
