Description

The Artistic Operations Manager is a full-time annual position that shall be responsible for all aspects of the technical preparation and production for a variety of Naples Philharmonic and Artis­—Naples events, including but not limited to Naples Philharmonic Masterworks, Pops, education concerts, chamber music and special events. The Artistic Operations Manager will also provide support for the production team with Broadway, film festivals/screenings, one-night headliners, development and rental events.

Requirements

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in music, theatre tech/production or related field preferred; or equivalent experience in similar position.
Knowledge of and experience in all aspects of orchestral performance and production as well as familiarity with modern stagecraft.
Must have ability to handle numerous details in a thorough and careful manner.
Must have excellent communication and interactive skills.
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that will include long workdays, early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with venue scheduling software a plus (ArtsVision).
