The Executive Director of the CSO will continue the forward momentum of the organization to constantly improve its musical product, as it operates on a stable financial basis and carries outs its obligation to serve as a community cultural and educational institution. Featuring Artistic Director Janna Hymes, it is an exciting time of opportunity for the CSO!

The Executive Director is a managerial leadership position responsible for the human and financial resources of the CSO to achieve the orchestra’s mission.  To that end, the Executive Director is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the organization, and for implementing the policies established by the Board of Directors.  The Executive Director serves as the CSO’s chief executive, serves as an ex-officio board member, and reports to the Board of Directors through the Board Chair.
