Jette Parker singers are full-time salaried employees with the Royal Opera for 24 months running for two Seasons. They receive a basic salary plus occasional additional payments for performing. N/As may occasionally be granted for concerts and recitals if compatible with Programme commitments, but longer periods of absence for full productions elsewhere are not possible.
