Reporting to the President/CEO, the new position of Chief of Staff (COS) will build strong, trusting relationships with the CEO, department heads, and team members across the organization. The COS will develop and implement operating strategies to ensure that systems, structures, and procedures are in place to support the attainment of key organizational priorities.
