Working closely with the Executive Director and the Box Office Manager, the Marketing and Communications Manager is artistically inspired, and data driven. They assist in the writing, promotion, and distribution of marketing collateral that supports the organization’s general awareness and audience-building strategies. The output from this position is designed to maintain and grow the organization’s database of concert attendees, drive individual ticket sales to concert performances and events, and support the vitality and fiscal health of the organization through programs that guide patrons along a preferred behavior path that leads new ticket buyers to ever increasing levels of participation, investment, and loyalty.
