Under the supervision of the Vice President of Orchestra Operations, the Director of Operations oversees administrative responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the orchestra, as well as department and organization systems. For all duties, the Director of Operations provides the best possible customer service, communications, project management, and support possible. Specific duties include the management of orchestral, production, and technical operations, overseeing tour and run-out planning and relationships, managing media projects, and assisting with orchestral labor relations. The position trains and provides excellent leadership to the operations team. This position will be an important part of the MSO team in its new home, the Bradley Symphony Center.
