This key role in the Community and Education department at the RPO creates the opportunity for a strategic-minded and experienced producer to lead the delivery and development of major programme initiatives as part of RPO Resound, one of the UK’s most ambitious and renowned orchestral community and education programmes. The portfolio will include high-profile national and international projects, as well as the mission to drive forward innovative and impactful activity across the RPO’s UK residency areas.

Working as part of a small but passionate and skillful team, the Lead Producer will collaborate closely with the Director of Community and Education to ensure the Resound programme develops in alignment with the RPO’s vision and business plan, and maintains a sector-leading level of ambition and imagination. The Lead Producer will join the RPO at an important moment in the evolution of the company and the Resound programme, with the opportunity to make a significant impact through flair, expertise and outstanding delivery.
