The Brooklyn Classical Guitar Society

Our mission is to nourish and build the classical guitar community in Brooklyn. Through local concerts with local guitarists, open mics, and social events, our intention is to increase awareness and appreciation of classical guitar music everywhere. The BKCGS is an LLC with fiscal sponsorship from the Groupmuse Foundation. Groupmuse Foundation is a parallel nonprofit to Groupmuse, that supports initiatives that support musicians directly. Through this partnership, The BKCGS functions as a non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
