- Shares classical Concert Duty, including artists’ pre-concert and post-concert commitments, with Artistic Producer and serves as onsite contact for artists, managers, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, outside vendors, and other internal staff. - Manages event files, building access keys, venue maintenance, piano deliveries and tunings, instrument equipment rentals, and deliveries, day-of-show scheduling, artist itineraries, welcome materials, medical treatment, recording inquiries, internal production schedules, artist dressing room and green room spaces, and rehearsal requests. - Assists the artistic department in handling contracts and riders, artist payments, flight bookings, and other projects. - Organizes hospitality, catering, transportation, and shipments for artists and visiting ensembles. - Communicate with Production staff, Artistic department, and stagehands to determine technical needs and day-of-show scheduling and ensure that technical aspects of performances run smoothly and adhere to rider requirements. - Creates and disseminates concert information including stage plots, instrumentation lists, and other production related documents to stagehands and appropriate parties in an organized and timely manner.
