- Supports the NSO Operations and Community Engagement team with concert production, logistics for offsite concerts and tours, orchestra projects and office support - Works with the NSO Production team to coordinate technical and logistical details for NSO projects, including instrument and equipment rentals, advance and tour details, and room scheduling - Collects technical and logistical concert information from various sources including tech riders, NSO and Kennedy Center departments, external production contacts, and stage crew to create and disseminate security information and reports, including technical schedules, stage plots, and event sheets - Create and update various season schedules such as bus schedules, trucking schedules, hall usage calendars, and stage management calendars - Submits and tracks NSO Production & Operations department purchase orders, expense reimbursements, petty cash requests, and credit card statements - Maintains organization of past and present NSO Production & Operations physical files, electronic files, and reference documents

- Shares classical Concert Duty, including artists’ pre-concert and post-concert commitments, with Artistic Producer and serves as onsite contact for artists, managers, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, outside vendors, and other internal staff. - Manages event files, building access keys, venue maintenance, piano deliveries and tunings, instrument equipment rentals, and deliveries, day-of-show scheduling, artist itineraries, welcome materials, medical treatment, recording inquiries, internal production schedules, artist dressing room and green room spaces, and rehearsal requests. - Assists the artistic department in handling contracts and riders, artist payments, flight bookings, and other projects. - Organizes hospitality, catering, transportation, and shipments for artists and visiting ensembles. - Communicate with Production staff, Artistic department, and stagehands to determine technical needs and day-of-show scheduling and ensure that technical aspects of performances run smoothly and adhere to rider requirements. - Creates and disseminates concert information including stage plots, instrumentation lists, and other production related documents to stagehands and appropriate parties in an organized and timely manner.
