A native of Southern California, Justine frequently performs in California, Florida, and Georgia. In 2021 she was appointed Visiting Principal Harp for the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra's 21-22 season. The following year she was appointed Principal of the San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra. Notable performances include the Lincoln Center’s National Tour of My Fair Lady (Fort Myers, FL), Jacksonville Symphony's 75th Season Special Mahler's Second Symphony "Resurrection", and performing two major harp concertos (Ravel’s Introduction et allegro, and Debussy’s Danses sacree et profane) as part of the Saint Augustine Music Festival. 

Justine earned a B.M. from California Baptist University ('16), and graduated with a Masters in Harp Performance from Northwestern University, Bienen School of Music (‘21) under the tutelage of Marguerite Lynn Williams. Previous studies include Kayo Ishimaru-Fleisher and JoAnn Turovsky.
