Managing and scheduling all principal and guest artist auditions. Advancing company processes and employee training in Tessitura and Artifax. Optimizing communication and organization of the HBCU Opera Career Comprehensive program. Operating as schedule liaison between The Music Center (DTLA) and LA Opera for the company's master schedule. Biography

Kayla Siembieda

Kayla Siembieda holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Arts Administration and Vocal Performance and Masters of Music from Louisiana State University. She received her Bachelors of Music from Lawrence University. As a dedicated performer on stage, she built a foundation of connections and appreciation for opera. She's excited to be navigating a new career path in arts administration and artistic programming at LA Opera. In addition to her full time employment at LA Opera, Kayla is an Associate at Insignia Artists Management. She has an aptitude for serving arts  nonprofits with her history as the Patron Services Coordinator at the Civic Music Association in Des Moines, IA and the Artistic Coordinator at Valissima Institute in Mont Clair, NJ.
