(He/Him) Adam Hockman is on the performance and communications faculty at the Heifetz International Music Institute. He applies his training in behavioral and learning science to music practice, performance, and teaching, and writes about these subjects for different music sites, magazines, and jouranls. He has presented workshops and lectures at Northwestern, Manhattan School of Music, University of North Texas, and other programs. In 2023, he founded Music AppHelpers, a no-cost program for high school, college, and graduate students applying to music school.
