Passionate about sharing best practices in arts management, he is a frequent speaker and panelist, having presented to Americans for the Arts, Tessitura Learning and Community Conference, International Federation of Musicians, League of American Orchestras, and International Conference of Symphony and Opera Musicians. Through his consulting company, InnovativArts, he provides interim executive management, strategic and artistic planning, labor relations, and executive coaching services to performing arts organizations.
