Grammy Winning Baritone Andrew Craig Brown's recent engagements have included his debuts as the father in Hansel and Gretel with Amarillo Opera, Scarpia in Tosca with Permian Basin Opera, the LA Phil as Angelotti in Tosca, San Francisco Opera as Dr. Grenville in La Traviata, English National Opera as Achilla in Julius Caesar and Colline in La Bohéme, and as Chick in Wonderful Town with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi. Andrew sang the roles of Paolo in Simon Boccanegra and Il Duca Ramiro in Maria Padilla at the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival of Warsaw, roles which he also recorded with the Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra. Equally at home on the concert stage, Mr. Brown has sung performances of Brahm's Requiem with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, Beethoven’s 9th Symphony with the Jacksonville Symphony, Pasadena Symphony, New Haven Symphony Orchestra, Colburn School, and Yale Philharmonia, Bach’s Magnificat and Handel’s Alexander’s Feast with the Baroque Artists of Champaign, and Handel’s Messiah with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Yale Philharmonia, and Amarillo Symphony. Andrew has sung concerts with Orchestra New England, the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, the Baroque Artists of Champaign and the Millikin-Decatur Symphony Orchestra.
