Pianist Inkyo Hong began her career as an Orchestral conductor of SNU Philharmonic Orchestra, participating in numerous operatic productions as assistant conductor and rehearsal pianist. In South Korea, Hong actively worked as a musical coach in a number of vocal studios, and played for numerous vocal masterclasses. In 2021, she participated in masterclass by Anne Epperson and Kevin Murphy, and served on the musical coaching staff at the Indiana University Opera and Ballet Theater in 2021/2023. She earned BM in Orchestral Conducting at Seoul National University, and MM at Indiana University under the tutelage of Kevin Murphy and Futaba Niekawa. Currently, Hong is pursuing Graduate Diploma at the Juilliard School with Lydia Brown.
