Jeremy Miller is a well-seasoned live performer, session player, teacher, and composer. This native of Pennsylvania’s picturesque countryside has educated the hands and feet of hundreds of students by day, then laid it down in Los Angeles clubs and studios at night.
Jeremy studied music and percussion at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston under the training of drumming heavyweights such as Dave DiCenso, Mike Mangini, Jamey Haddad, Victor Mendoza, and Kenwood Dennard. Since graduating, Jeremy has made his living completely from music. He has traveled, recorded, and performed on multiple continents in a multitude of genres with various artists such as world music artist Zade Dirani, 90’s pop vocal group 98 Degrees, rock band WYO, The Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps, The Bryan Titus Band, electronic group La La La Birdtime, Pistol Beauty, Opt.Cmd, artist/songwriter Melissa Carter, Henry Mansfield, and The Michelle Robinson Band. Jeremy has performed on Live TV broadcasts, super bowl commercials, and has logged over 1000 hours in recording studios across the US.
As an educator, Jeremy has given clinics with artists such as Gregg Bissonette, Naoko Takada, Ron Powell, Lalo and Julie Davila, and Ted Atkatz. His high school indoor drum lines, percussion ensembles, and compositions have earned A and Open class medals in the ADLA, SCPA, and WGI circuits, and his direction of the Mira Costa High School percussion studio helped win the 2014 Grammy Signature School award.
Jeremy currently resides near Cincinnati Ohio where he continues to work as a live drummer, and records professionally from his home studio.
