Sasha Sen was born in Mumbai, India and moved to the United States to pursue her grad degree in Electrical Engineering. After her stint in the corporate world, she is now pursuing a career in acting. Her first role was in a play “Widow of No Importance” where she played the co-lead Tara. Encouraged by the positive reviews and an innate passion for film, she started seeking out roles actively on a part time basis. Since then, she has been in several short movies, plays, and commercials. Her last short film was selected at the New York Indian Film Festival. She also did an off-off broadway play "Twelve Angry Juror" playing one of the jurors. She trained at The Barrow Group, New York.
