(He/Him) Stephen Pitters, countertenor, has been hailed as “an exceptional young countertenor” with “textural and modulated vocalisms” by the South Florida Classical Review. Pitters is an M.M. Vocal Arts Candidate at the USC Thornton School of Music, studying under the tutelage of Ms. Elizabeth Hynes as the recipient of the Marilyn Horne Endowed Scholarship in Voice. At USC Thornton, Pitters serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Department of Vocal Arts and Opera, teaching voice classes and a private vocal studio.
