The Artistic Operations Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Artistic Operations team and visiting artists. This position works closely with the Director of Orchestra Operations, assisting with the administration of the Orchestra’s calendar and database, electronic media and touring activities, orchestra auditions, and inter-departmental communications. Additionally, the role will work closely with the Artistic Coordinator supporting conductors, guest artists, and guest technicians.
