Description

This position is seasonal, up to 30 hours per week, March to August.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Update internal spreadsheets and documents essential to marketing of the summer season.
- Save and organize insertion orders, contracts, media kits, creative requests, and artist assets.
- Draft and publish event listings on external websites to promote upcoming performances.
- Build UTM codes to track and evaluate digital campaigns.
- Provide on-site coverage at marketing activation and pre-performance events to enhance customer experiences.
- Assist Marketing Team with brochure and handbill distribution at designated local events and as needed in DC/Maryland/VA areas.
- Collaborate with Marketing team on generating grassroots marketing ideas and perform research for targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct grassroots and targeted marketing research and outreach.
- Content creation as needed for multi-channel marketing and advertising efforts.
