Description

The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra’s social media channels, website content, online platforms, and other digital initiatives. This role develops and implements strategies to increase brand awareness, grow and engage audiences, and deepen patron loyalty.   

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Engagement Manager collaborates with the marketing team and other departments to create and curate high-quality content—including text, photography, videos, and graphics—that aligns with the SLSO’s goals, values, and brand identity. The Digital Engagement Manager directly supervises the Digital Marketing Coordinator.

The successful candidate has a strategic and creative mindset, a deep understanding of digital engagement trends and analytics, and the ability to create holistic, data-informed, and impactful campaigns that drive audience engagement, ticket sales, and philanthropic giving.
