Description

The Manager, Box Office and Audience Experience is responsible for managing the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra’s Box Office team to ensure high quality customer service standards are upheld in every patron interaction. This individual would need to become well versed in all SLSO programs and events to offer excellent service and creative problem-solving that aligns with the SLSO’s goals, values, and brand identity.

The successful candidate is a team leader and has a calm and measured approach to resolving complex data and customer service challenges. With direction from the Associate Director, they will offer expertise and guidance to the team related to ticketing and SLSO events, directly processing requests for our valued high-touch benefactors promptly and with great care. This position requires flexible day, evening, and weekend hours.
