Charleston Academy of Music

Charleston Academy of Music prides itself in being one of the leading music schools in the Lowcountry. Founded in 2003, Academy has continued to grow, offering music lessons, as well as concerts for the Lowcountry. Through music, students learn about discipline, teamwork, time management and other skills they can apply to their careers. Our students have gone on to reputable schools, such as Harvard, Curtis Institute of Music, the Peabody Institute, College of Charleston, and Yale, becoming artists, doctors and educators. We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. Our revenue is generated by tuition fees and contributions from our generous community partners (foundations, businesses and individuals).
