Description
LAB-A is bringing the brass ensemble to the 21st century with the help of 10 LA-based emerging composers! This concert featured 10 new works for brass ensemble and brass chamber groups, broadening the brass ensemble repertoire with a uniquely Los Angeles flair.
Our 2023-24 Composer Cohort featured Jarryd Elias, Austin Ali, Celina Kintscher, Morgan Moss, Mason Moy, Sean-Paul Gouw, Áhzi Kharmóna, Joaquin Lichtle, Patrick O'Malley and Stephen Cabell.
