Violin instructor for students at Holy Names Academy (Seattle, WA). Provides private instruction during the school day. Works with students to prepare for orchestral activities, solo recitals and chamber music projects. Provides orchestral sectionals and performs alongside students during select performances.

Works with students in violin-only sectionals outside of full orchestra rehearsals. Sectionals focus on ensemble playing, rhythmic understanding, non-verbal communication, leadership, and other necessary orchestral skills. Additionally, coaches chamber music ensembles in Seattle Conservatory of Music (SYSO’s chamber music program).

Taught remote and in-person lessons to violin students across the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. Organized and led group violin classes.

Worked primarily in a first grade classroom at Crystal River Elementary School (Carbondale, CO), implementing music, movement and creativity during the school day. Created curriculum to coincide with academic learning with focus on social emotional activities. Implemented project to introduce the violin to entire first grade during a week long project in partnership with the Aspen Music Festival and School.
