- Facilitate and lead all production departments in planning and coordinating logistical and budgetary needs for over 400 public events across 3 separate campuses during an eight-week summer festival. Events include orchestral concerts, theatrical productions, solo and chamber recitals, opera productions, rentals, and special events. - Build and manage a production team each year of more than 150 seasonal staff members including 3 production managers, 1 company manager, 7 stage managers, 11 opera production staff, 12 piano technicians, 7 house managers, student ushers, parking staff, and more. - Managed production logistics and budgets for the Aspen Opera Theatre & VocalARTS program as well as facilitating the design process with the stage director and scenic/props, costume, and lighting designers. - Provide production support for 5 orchestras including faculty principal players from premier national and international orchestras such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, New York Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Seattle Symphony, and others. - Coordinate rentals, staffing, and their budgets for all AMFS event spaces.

Production Manager

As the Production Manager for the Aspen Music Festival & School I was responsible for all events and production crew at the Meadows Campus. The festival has two main performance spaces seating 440 and 2050 patrons, hosting over 350 events and 5 festival orchestras per season in addition to multiple rentals of varying size. These events scale from a small piano masterclass to rentals needing 200 or more crew, multi-truck live stream for over a million viewers, and multi-truck rental packages.

I was the Stage Manager for Aspen Conducting Academy and for many other one-off events throughout the season both the 2017 and 2018 seasons. I helped organize the set-up of the stage for each orchestra or solo performer. I was the touring Production Supervisor for The Illusionists Live From Broadway while it was in Wilmington, Delaware and The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. My duties include calling every performance, assisting in the organization of load in/load out, ensuring the safety of the cast and crew, organizing and running magic check/lighting focus, and maintaining the artistic image and quality of the production. This show involved high risk acts with live crossbows being fired, sword traps, the famous Houdini Water Cell act, and more.
