Minglun Liu is a highly accomplished violinist currently serving as the Acting Principal Second with the esteemed Louisville Orchestra, where he consistently demonstrates exceptional talent and dedication to the world of classical music. Minglun's musical journey has been marked by numerous achievements and enriching experiences in various prestigious orchestras and chamber ensembles. In earlier years, he had the honor of serving as the Guest Principal Second with the Auckland Philharmonic in Auckland, New Zealand. His dedication to music also led him to the role of Violin Fellow with the New World Symphony during the 2022-2023 season, and he showcased his leadership and exceptional violin skills as the Concertmaster of the Pacific Music Festival. Furthermore, Minglun held the position of Concertmaster with the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory Orchestra, working under esteemed conductors Lan Shui and Gábor Takács-Nagy.
