• Prepared music for all Aspen Festival Orchestra concerts and two repertoire reading sessions with the Aspen Conducting Academy.

• Supported Conducting Fellows and Music Director, Robert Spano, for concerts, repertoire readings, score study sessions, and self-published student compositions.
• Actively cooperated with four members of ACA team (additional librarian, two orchestra managers, and stage manager).
• Prepared opera scene masterclasses with coaches: Robert Spano and Patrick Summers.
• Collaborated with a team of 5 librarians between two campuses.
• Provided library support for the annual Fourth of July Special (concert band).
• Research, acquire, prepare, and distribute music for over 42 concerts in a 35-week season, including a 2-week festival with 6 unique concerts.
• Prepare a variety of programming including educational, kids/family, conducting workshops, repertoire readings, side-by-side concerts, annual gala, chamber and, new music.
• Create audition excerpt books (collecting excerpts, notating selections, etc.).
• Produce a concert (including live webcast and WALLCAST®) with two other Fellows as a part of the NWS BLUE Project. This included working with staff and community partners on fundraising, negotiating licenses, and obtaining city event permits.
• Participate in community engagement concerts and programs (such as: annual Side-by-Side concert, Concert for Kids, educational concerts, and Mobile WALLCAST® events).
• Assisted conductors, assistant conductors, orchestra members, young artists, and festival staff with library needs.
• Revised parts through rehearsals, including: marking cuts, transferring bowings, correcting errata, adding conductors’ notes, and retouche.
• Acted as main librarian for the performance of Soldier’s Tale at the opera’s Pavilion venue.
• Cataloged donations to the library and performed general maintenance on the library's collection.
