As the Education Director of UpSwing Aerial Dance Company I develop and teach challenging technique and choreography curriculum for adults and teens, organize all teaching staff, liaison between staff and the company owner, maintain the company website with all relevant class information, help cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment for students in all of our classes and help respond to client inquiries. In this role I have revived the Teens and Summer Camp Programming, increasing the education program revenue by 70%.
