As a freelance harpist, Crystal A. Sawyer performs solo, in ensembles, and orchestras throughout South Florida and beyond.  She enjoys collaborating with jazz and classical musicians, dancers, choreographers, poets, and visual artists.  She has founded and directed harp ensembles for children in addition to maintaining a private studio.  Healing projects include senior venues and reiki circles.  As a music educator, she has served MDCPS for over 20 years. She holds a Master of Science in Reading from Florida Memorial University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with TESOL Endorsement from Florida International University.  She has appeared in Buskerfest, Make Music Miami, and performs with the New Canon Chamber Collective.
