Biography

Emily Doyle Moore

Emily specializes in creative software and technologies, art direction, identity development and communications solutions. She has provided publicity and photography services as well as website, print, and graphic designs for some of opera’s biggest names. She enjoys helping arts organizations and artists better reach and engage with the public and tell their stories through the strategic use of imagery, words and music.

In the 2022 season, Emily produced the company’s first-ever national radio broadcast which opened WFMT Chicago’s 2022 Opera Series. She continues to act as an executive co-producer with 95.5 KHFM Classical Public Radio and New Mexico PBS, having most recently completed five radio broadcasts of the 2022 Season productions and two television segments about the making of M. Butterfly. Since August 2019 Emily has grown the value of the opera’s earned media coverage by 30%, which currently exceeds $36M. She remains committed to reaching new and diverse audiences with owned media, social engagement and digital programming.

Emily is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration (MAAA) degree from Indiana University, a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Music from the University of New Mexico. She is a native of Albuquerque and has also lived in the Midwest, England and Germany.

Directs the creation and placement of compelling stories about the Santa Fe Opera’s productions, programs and people, and how they positively impact our communities and advance the operatic art form. Responsible for management of the company’s press relationships and activities; earned and owned media; media capture/creation and distribution; social media strategy and content; public relations initiatives; and archival systems, processes and technologies. Honored to have produced the company's first-ever digital performance series, first-ever radio broadcasts and first-ever series on New Mexico PBS.
