Praised for his impressive higher register and rich tone, Latin American baritone, Erik Gudiel-Parrales is ready to make his mark in the opera world.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Louisiana State University where he also specialized in biological sciences and started his business, Icarus.

During his studies, he performed the roles Jack in Three Penny Opera, Stagehand in Masterclass, Antonio in Le Nozze di Figaro, Georg Nowack in She Loves Me,  and Gomez Addams in The Addams Family.

Erik is currently working as a music director for St. Aloysius Catholic Church and performs regularly in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas.
