Io Dobbins, also known as frekld cloud, is a rising multi-genre artist who incorporates realism in most, if not all, of his songs. His ultimate goal is to unite people through his music and provide solace and inspiration to those in need. When he was only thirteen years old, he began writing songs that focused on topics such as mental health and reality. As he got older, he had his first recording session for his song "Pretty Boy". This song highlights the challenges of growing up as a transgender individual in a small community, especially when being one of the only people of color in that town. 

During quarantine, Io experienced a decline in his mental health. However, he persevered by honing his writing and production skills. Music served as a lifeline for Io, both literally and figuratively. In January 2021, he made his debut under his previous name, 5AM, at the age of 16. Io and #Joece, the producer, collaborated on a "just for fun" project inspired by the trend "Shy Little Frog", which resulted in Io's first hit song, in December 2021, at age 17. 

Since then, he has continued to develop as both an artist and an individual, now serving as a source of inspiration to many. Although he is just 18 years old, he has achieved a modest level of success. Nevertheless, he remains determined to continue striving for excellence and plans to further his education at The New York Performing Arts Academy during the 2023-2024 school year.
