Bachelor of Administration with a Specialization in Human Resources and a Diploma in Management Coaching Tools at IESA, Venezuela. Master in Life and Corporate Coaching at the International School of Coaching “En Línea Positiva”. Advanced studies and coaching of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming Neuro Linguistic). Professionally Trained as a Theater Actress at the T.E.EX Experimental Stage Workshop in Venezuela and has studied comedy and improvisation for the past twelve years.

Ms. González has 12 years of experience in theatrical presentations for companies and the general public. She also has more than 18 years of experience in organizational consulting management positions in the area of ​​Human Resource Management, which allowed her to create learning spaces, using comedy as a potent tool. She transformed her theater pedagogy and training through years of experiences in what she has called TEATRO INSIGHT, in which she creates valuable stories, character and spaces to the most effective reflexive Comedy, where she harmoniously integrates her extensive professional training with her passion for theater.

This methodology is being experiential but is proving to be the most effective way to get deep inside the reflective aspects of human’s behavior by an active thinking of the audience by feeling related to the characters, their stories and personal anecdotes.  Motivating through theatrical art, is a technique of Theatrical Pedagogy based on professional techniques of Coaching for experiential learnings that lead to the public to see themselves reflected in situations of their lives and address questions from their essence to create new ways of feelings that inspire them and strengthen their self-esteem by generating their own answers, going to their own process to open their minds. She has been the host and presenter of the Escenario Naranja program where she disseminates and promotes the Orange Economy, Welfare Economies and B Companies.

Mirna C. González is the creator of a new genre of comedy based on these principles. INSIGHT COMEDY, an unprecedented way of doing comedy, creating characters that capture the attention of the audience, using everyday life situations and anecdotes that awaken deep truths in human consciousness, through personal development techniques and humor.

She is currently the Founder of Teatro Insight LLC and Co-Founder of Artesa Marketplace LLC in 202.  She created her own theater school in Spanish, focused on delivering messages of personal development to her audience. She has dedicated her career to mentor women entrepreneurs in various countries of Latin America, especially since she arrived in the United state, Mirna has participated in community events, association presentations such as HEI, Hispanic Entrepreneur Initiative, WOW WOMAN -USA, Empoderate Latina.  Mirna is a Multiplier type B on corporation models and writer of the E-Book "Organizations and Emotions / the New Fusion ‘ in alliance with Bookboom.com.
