Teach applied saxophone and saxophone chamber music to music majors and non-majors pursuing Associate’s degrees at SMC. Manage and lead a studio founded on the values of collegiality, critical thinking, and music-making of the highest caliber.

Teach applied saxophone lessons to music performance and music education majors, as well as non-majors. Designed a novel Aural Harmony and Sight Singing II curriculum and delivering it to a class of Sophomore & Junior Music Majors.

Teach saxophone and clarinet to students grades 5-12 in Dexter Community Schools. Lesson curriculum focuses on fundamentals, musical literacy, critical thinking and analysis, etc..

Lati2de is a new music chamber ensemble composed of myself and saxophonist Matt Dardick. Our mission is to bring saxophone, chamber music, and new music to unfamiliar ears while simultaneously expanding upon and diversifying the existing repertoire for saxophone duo. As Director of Finance and Operations, I am responsible for grant writing, maintaining an annual budget, establishing and collecting fees, as well as coordinating with composers regarding future and ongoing commissioning projects.
