Opera51

Opera51 has a threefold mission: 1) To provide high-quality, enriching, memorable musical / dramatic experiences for those who attend our productions and related activities. 2) To raise funds to help ensure the physical plant at 51 Walden St provides a space allowing the resident companies to flourish and continue contributing to the community's cultural wellbeing, and providing a venue for other community activities. 3) To provide not-so-easy-to-find inspiring performance experiences for the local individuals who create and are involved in our productions. In recognition of the significant volunteer time devoted, provide opportunities for all to grow in mastery of the performance arts, to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, to learn from each other, and to enjoy the effort.
