Matthew Melillo

Matthew Melillo is a bassoonist and contrabassoonist who works in the Chicago area, currently pursuing a master’s degree from Northwestern University. His teachers include Marc Goldberg and David McGill. He will be starting as Contrabassoonist of The Florida Orchestra in September. Matthew is a substitute bassoonist/contrabassoonist with the Oregon Symphony. He also plays piano and accordion.
