Biography

Eva Wilhelm

From Chillicothe, Illinois, soprano Eva Wilhelm is a master’s student at the Indiana University Jacobs School of music studying under Timothy Noble.  Completing a B.S. in Music Business with a concentration in Merchandising from Indiana State University, where she studied with Dr. Yana Weinstein, in 2022, she has held a variety of non-singing positions at organizations including Chicago Opera Theater, Riviera Theater, Jacobs School of Music, and interned in the Rosenthal Archives at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra during the 2021-2022 season. In 2019 she won the ISU Concerto and Aria competition and performed with the ISU Symphony Orchestra. Recently she participated in the AIMS lieder program in Graz, Austria summer 2023 and is a current member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus. Since starting at IU Wilhelm has sung in University Chorale, Anne Frank opera chorus, NOTUS, and multiple contemporary chamber groups.

Administrative Assistant - Office of Wellness and Arts Health Initiatives

Support the Director of OWAHI in promoting well-being among the Jacobs School of Music community. Main Responsibilities: • Maintain the wellness office schedule, organize and update the budget, manage files, and take notes at meetings. • Provide comprehensive event support by reaching out to event personnel, scheduling services, purchasing supplies, processing paperwork and payments, securing event spaces, creating event posters and media, and assisting during events. • Manage social media for events and services by creating and scheduling posts, developing additional content, monitoring and responding to inquiries, engaging with the community, and analyzing social media performance metrics. • Serve as a primary contact point to coordinate between OWAHI and partners, ensuring core services and partner events run smoothly by scheduling meetings, purchasing supplies, arranging event spaces, and organizing projects. • Manage and ensure the availability of food supplies for core services and events.
