Dr. Marissa Stanfill currently teaches at the University of South Alabama as Adjunct Instructor of Music. Having appeared on international, national, and regional stages, Marissa has presented clinics and master classes at Conservatorio Nacional de Música, Troy University Clarinet Day, and Magic City Clarinet Festival. She enjoys performing with the Mobile, Tallahassee, and Panama City Symphony Orchestras. Marissa completed her doctoral treatise on the clarinet music of Carl Vollrath and is continuing her research to perform and promote these works.

Biography

Dr. Marissa Stanfill currently teaches at the University of South Alabama as Adjunct Instructor of Music. Having appeared on international, national, and regional stages, Marissa has presented clinics and master classes at Conservatorio Nacional de Música in Santo Domingo, Domincan Republic, Troy University Clarinet Day, Magic City Clarinet Festival, and many middle and high schools throughout the southeastern United States. She also enjoys frequently performing with the Mobile, Tallahassee, and Panama City Symphony Orchestras. Marissa completed her doctoral treatise on the clarinet music of Carl Vollrath and is continuing her research to perform and promote these works.
